Common questions.
If your question isn't covered here, send us a message — we're happy to clarify before you commit to anything.
Do you provide free estimates?+
Yes. Estimates are free. For larger or more complex projects we may schedule a quick on-site look before quoting.
Can I send photos before scheduling?+
Absolutely — photos help us scope the job faster and give you a more accurate estimate. Upload them with your estimate request.
Do you buy materials?+
Often, yes. We can buy materials and bill them at actual cost or quoted cost, or you can provide the materials yourself.
Is a deposit required?+
A materials deposit is typically required before work starts. The deposit covers parts and supplies for your specific job.
How do payments work?+
After approving the quote you pay any required deposit. The remaining balance is due once the job is complete.
Can I pay online?+
Yes. Deposits and final payments are made online through our secure checkout from your My Quotes page.
Are payments secure?+
Yes. Payments are processed through Stripe. Sonoran Wolf Home Services does not store your card information.
Can I view my quote status online?+
Yes. The client portal shows quote status, notes, photos, payments, and the next action for each project.
Can I upload more pictures after requesting an estimate?+
Yes — open the quote in My Quotes and use the upload photo button at the bottom of the notes section.
Are materials included in the estimate?+
When materials are included, the quote shows estimated labor and estimated materials separately. Final materials may be billed at actual cost.
What types of jobs do you not perform?+
We do not perform major remodels, structural work, roofing, gas appliance work, major electrical/plumbing/HVAC, permit-required work, or work outside Arizona handyman limits.
Do you do emergency work?+
We're not a 24/7 emergency service, but we'll respond as quickly as scheduling allows. For active leaks, gas, or electrical hazards please call a licensed emergency professional.
Do you perform licensed contractor work?+
No. Sonoran Wolf Home Services is a handyman business and does not represent itself as a licensed general contractor.
